Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with pre and post-sales queries, providing exceptional support, and driving sales growth.
You will play a key role in explaining our products to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and identifying upselling opportunities with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

i). Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer queries and provide timely support.
ii). Explain product features and benefits to potential customers to drive sales conversions.
iii). Manage and follow up with leads through various communication channels.
iv). Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers.
v). Maintain and update records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
vi). Handle shipping and delivery-related data and provide necessary support.
vii). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
viii). Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
ix). Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

i). Should be pursuing graduation or be a graduate.
ii). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
iii). Based in Indore.
iv). Willing to work from office.
v). Strong command of Hindi and English languages.
vi). Basic computer and internet skills.
vii). Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Google Sheets.
viii). Experience with WhatsApp and other communication platforms for customer interaction.
ix). Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
x). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
