1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are meticulously processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Shipping Partners: We leverage Shiprocket’s network of premium courier services (including Delhivery, FedEx, and India Post) for reliable nationwide deliveries.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metros & Tier-1 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days (subject to courier accessibility)
- Potential Delays: Unforeseen events such as extreme weather, logistical disruptions, or regional delays may extend delivery times.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
- Express Delivery: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (selectable during checkout).
3. Tracking Your Order
- Upon dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking ID.
- Monitor your order’s real-time status via the courier partner’s website or app.
4. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Precise Address Required: Ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate to avoid delays. Vedsudha Naturals is not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Failed Deliveries:
- Couriers will make two delivery attempts.
- Unsuccessful deliveries may result in the order being returned to our facility.
- Re-Dispatch: Contact us within 7 days to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
5. Limitations of Third-Party Shipping
- Vedsudha Naturals does not control transit delays once the order is handed to the courier.
- Deliveries to remote regions (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast states) may experience extended timelines.
- We cannot be held liable for lost/damaged packages due to courier negligence (refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for resolution).
6. International Shipping
