VEDSUDHA NATURALS : CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vedsudha Naturals, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust. Should our products not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless and transparent process for cancellations, returns, and refunds in compliance with Indian e-commerce guidelines.

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement.
• Process:
  • Email: Send a request to support@vedsudhanaturals.com with the subject: “Order Cancellation Request – [Order ID]”.
  • Phone: Call +91-9630552025 (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–6 PM IST).
• Refund: A full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (if applicable).

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Valid Reasons for Return/Refund

• ✔ Incorrect Product – Item received differs from the order.
• ✔ Damaged/Defective Product – Physical damage or tampering (must report within 48 hours with supporting images/video).
• ✔ Expired Product – Past shelf life upon delivery.
• ✔ Missing Items – Incomplete order.

Non-Eligible Cases

• ✖ Opened/Used Products – Unless defective.
• ✖ Missing Original Packaging – Labels, seals, or mono cartons removed.
• ✖ Delayed Reporting – Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
• ✖ Discounted/Offer Items – Non-refundable (except if defective).

3. Return Process

1. Notify Us Within 48 Hours:
   • Email: support@vedsudhanaturals.com with:
     • Subject: “Return Request – [Order ID]”.
     • Attachments: Clear images/video of the issue.

2. Approval: Our team will verify the request and issue a Return Authorization Number (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping:
   • Eligible returns qualify for free pickup (arranged by us).
   • Do not dispatch returns without prior approval.

4. Refund Procedure

• Approved Returns: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after product receipt.
• Refund Method:
  • Original payment mode (UPI, card, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer.
• Partial Refunds: Applicable if only part of the order is returned.

5. Product Replacement

• Available for incorrect/damaged items, subject to stock availability.
• If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Charges Policy

• Refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective/wrong items.
• Free Shipping: Applicable as per promotional terms; Vedsudha Naturals reserves the right to modify shipping policies.

7. Additional Terms

• Force Majeure: Vedsudha Naturals reserves the right to void shipments and process refunds in case of unforeseen disruptions (e.g., natural disasters).
• Fraud Prevention: Refunds may be withheld if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
